Mission Talk: Action for Children – Zambia, by Carol McBrady

Come listen and learn about missionary activity in Lusaka, Zambia, Africa. Carol McBrady, director and founder of Action for Children – Zambia will be in Knoxville to share her experience and ask you for your support. Carol is a classmate of local pastor, Fr. Steve Pawelk, a priest of the Glenmary Home Missioners serving in Union and Grainger Counties, TN. Carol’s primary ministry is saving children from the streets of Lusaka and providing them with a safe home, education and job skills so they may have bright and happy futures. She will speak Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 4 p.m. at St. Albert the Great Church 7200 Brickey Lane, Knoxville, TN 37908.

She will also be speaking in Rutledge, TN on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 6 p.m. at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission at 7739 Rutledge Pike, Rutledge TN and at after the 9 a.m. Mass at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Parish 4365 Maynardville Hwy, Maynardville, TN.
